About Me

My name is Heather K Ward, and I live in a small Derbyshire village in the north-west of England. I'm a Master-Teacher of Usui Reiki.

Over fifteen years ago, I began to discover my gifts in clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance, and began to work with energy on a daily basis. After several years as a paranormal investigator, I was drawn to healing work, and began to train in various therapies. I am now a fully qualified and insured Crystal Healer, teacher of Meditation, and Reiki Master-Teacher.

All Reiki Practitioners have a lineage which can be traced back to the man who re-discovered Reiki, Dr Usui. My Usui Reiki Ryôhô lineage -- which shows the link back to Usui for the Japanese Reiki techniques only recently being taught in the West -- is as follows:

Dr Mikao Usui, Kanichi Taketomi, Kimiko Koyama, Hiroshi Doi, Tom Rigler, Colin Powell.

I also have a Traditional Western Reiki lineage, which is how Reiki has been taught in the West via Hawayo Takata. It is as follows:

Dr Mikao Usui, Dr Hayashi, Mrs Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Furomoto, Claudia Hoffman, Mary Shaw, Christine Henderson, Bruce Way, Carole Satchell, Colin Powell.

As I walk the path of the Divine Feminine, I am also a Master of Karuna Ki ("the way of compassionate energy"), which is a method of healing similar to Reiki and connects with the Goddess Quan Yin. Her name translates as "She who hears the cryies of the world".

I am insured, and am a Master Teacher Member of the UK Reiki Federation, which means I have to adhere to a strict code of conduct.
